Who are the founders behind BetterCapital.us

• Bobby Sharma Started investing in real estate by house-hacking at the age of 24. He has done a variety of different real estate investments. He has also created and nurtured syndicates. He has built the largest real estate investment Meetup group in the Bay Area. With his personality, he has built partnerships with industry leaders and service providers.

• Ram Vaidyanathan Started real estate investing at the age of 22. Over the years have invested in various types of real estate investment in and out of state. He is a Technologist and lead product teams at Facebook and a bunch of other Silicon Valley startups.

What

We want to help investors achieve financial independence through real estate. And we want to be a liaison in helping them achieve this.

Why

Every one of us spends hours tracking our investment but still would end up missing a payment or two. And never understood how their asset was performing.

We also spend quite a bit of time researching new ways to grow our capital. While keeping us up to date with the latest trends and laws around real estate investments.

How

Three main pillars of our platform are Tracking, Training, and Transaction. And Partners are our backbone. These tools and partnerships would help our users with their investments.

Given we're a self-funded independent company, our users are our only investors. We listen to their needs and build necessary tools based on their feedback.
